Year 2 have been sending Teddy Bears on an adventure this week

Steam could almost be seen rising from the Year 2 children’s pencils this week as they wrote their own teddy adventures.

Inspired by the Tiresome Ted story in the Katie Morag series. The children have loved to publish their own stories about a teddy bear who goes on fabulous adventures. To keep our spirits up and enable us to write these amazing stories we made some Porridges with the help of our teachers. These are the world's stickiest most delicious treats that really do inspire their writing. The importance of washing our hands and blowing our noses has been reinforced during our science lessons.

Our healthy eating topic has focussed on medicines and why or who needs them. As many of us have sniffles at the moment there has been a lot of discussion about everyone’s different ailments. Harvest is nearly here we have been busily learning our songs and poetry. We cannot wait to perform them to you all next week.
